Basically it was Esau’s fault because he could not control his hunger and sold his birth right willingly because of yam porridge . He was never forced to do so , he did that willingly without anybody telling except his flesh. So I don’t see how is God’s fault even though God did not love him like he loved Jacob. He chose his own destruction.
