What Do You Do For A Healthy Livng?

After my Angioplasty few months back, I have concentrated on my health and restricted my diet and calorie intake . I take less of carbohydrate, Oil and more of proteins in my diet and reduced the quantity too.

I am regularly brisk walking 10,000 steps!

These things have helped me in reducing my weight and keeping me fit!

Whay do you do to keep your self healthy and fit?

Don’t smoke.
Be physically active every day.
Eat a healthy diet rich in whole grains, lean protein, vegetables, and fruits.
Be sure to get enough vitamin D and calcium.
Maintain a healthy weight and body shape.
Challenge your mind.
Eat Right. Eating a healthy diet can help boost students’ immune systems, help students to maintain a healthy weight and can improve their overall health.
Exercise.
Get enough sleep.
Wash your hands.

I try to always eat on time and eat just enough. Anything that is excessive can be harmful.
